Assortment and Assembling of 15,000 boxes of products - Lingerie, Athleisure, Beauty, Fragrances & Bodycare. Followed by Floor Maps, Merchandise set up - areas designated for specific collections shade and size wise for a smoother shopping experience

Alongside my team, we mapped out an in-depth plan that highlights market insights and audience engagement strategies and emphasizes the essence of Cartier's brand ethos within the regional landscape.

Headed the Costume Department for an event company that organized two annual programs for esteemed institutions. Sourcing, measuring, fitting and distribution of 500 costumes, accessories and styling respectively was carried out.
